Problem with outgoing smtp

To conclusively prove it, telnet your_mail_server 25, both from behind and in front of your firewall...
    

I can telnet my smtp server both from inside and outside at my fw. But all mail i try to send not came to the sender. 

Please have a look in your log files. Do you find any error messages?  

It is looking less like a firewall issue, though I am not saying you don't have a problem.

Next test: can we send out a one-line mail message using telnet?

Try addressing it to yourself so you can see if it gets sent.

If that doesn't work you will need to get on the phone with your ISP.

Does the mail not get sent to anybody?
    

I have my own mail server at home but i can´t send any mail from it now. I try to reinstall ASL tomorrow and see if my problem are same. 

I have one logfile says mx1.hotmail.com conection timeout 

Though this is not much information just a guess: maybe Hotmail stoped accepting smtp from your providers ip range?

Anyway... like SecApp said, "speak" smtp to one of the mail servers that do not accept your emails an post the result...

So you mean all mailservers i try to mail to not accept mail from my mailserver? Wait i reinstall ASL to morrow and see if problem is same 

It is conceivable if you've been blacklisted for spam; also if the IP address you're sending from doesn't jive with the domain name you represent, the mail can be refused. Hotmail definitely does not like that; they do a reverse-lookup sanity check.

The SMTP dialogs you conduct should elucidate...

I assume this means you use the ASL smtp proxy as smarthost for your internal mailserver, right?

And the timeouts is found in the internal mailserver log. Right?
If so: 
- Does your mailserver defined smarthost (ASL address) match your DNS defined MX?
