I have what, to some, may seem like a simple question.
I have the SMTP and POP3 proxies enabled. All works fine, no problems. Well, maybe a little one . . .
In the SMTP Relay log I see “MrPopper” is checking all POP3 accounts of mine when accessed but the POP3 log file never contains anything.
If a virus is identified in a mail message from a POP3 source it is quarantined, as it should be, but alas there are still no entries in the POP3 log.
What is the POP3 log file for?
Can someone please explain this weird behavior?
