Problem with Surf Protection

We have problem. 
Surf protection regurally stops working without any error messages and without any visible reasons?

I cannot find any inputs about that in any forum (maybe it is somewhere).

Any idea would be very appreciated.

    I have the same problem. My firewall has three NIC. LAN, DMZ and the External to the ISP. I have another firewall (Checkpoint) in front of me, (unfortunately) not administered by me. They gave me access to the Cobion server via port 6000. It is working fine, but it stops from time to time.  I have to use WebAdmin interface disable and enable Surf Protection by clicking on the green/red dot and everything is back. Unfortunately it happened every day and the customers are very “happy” about that…

    There are  no notifications in the emails or in the firewall logs. Everything seems to be “normal”.

    We have had the same problem, and I have now disabled caching and that seems to have fixed the problem. Though I now see higher cpu utilization than before. I would like to be able to re-enable caching but being a K12 school district we can not have filtering failures.
