I currently have astaro setup to bounce mails from any mail servers that are mentioned on spamhaus.org.

However, a company seems to have trouble sending me mail, but bounces and error messages dont seem to show up in the SMTP relay logs so I can't tell If it is a problem at my end or not.

Is there any way of forcing these events to be logged?

Or am I looking in the wrong place?

    resolve the domainname from your customer and check it manually if it is listed in any RBLs.

    By the way, did you try to set your customers domain on your spam sender whitelist?

    for example:

    *@domainname.de
