Limit Proxy-Usage to specific Browsers

I would like to deny access to the internet for specific Internet Browsers (like MS Internet Explorer).

1) Is that possible with squid?

2) Assuming that the answer to 1) is yes: What would i have to do to deny access for all MS Internet Explorer Versions (4, 5.x and 6.x). 

3) Assuming that the answer to 1) is yes: Astaro-Guys: could you implement that into the webadmin interface, so that everyone easily has access to that feature? that would be really, really, really nice.
