I've crawled through the search engine but found nothing.
Connecting on a external FTP Server sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. When using IE after a while there will be a timeout and when using a FTP Client "ERROR4" comes up.
But if we try to connect to the same server just after the first try it works. But not with the IE.
Any hints?
