FTP Problems

We're not able to connect from a client behind the firewall to a FTP Server. All other protocols configured under http proxies are running.  [:S]

    Hi,

    looks like an active passive ftp problem, have you activated ftp-control only, or ftp-data and ftp-control.

    Passive ftp uses dynamic port ranges for data communication, while active ftp uses a fix port for that communication.
