Strange Spam filter rule

Hello,

I have several legitimate e-mails that are tagged by Astaro as SPAM mainly because of the rule "Forged mail pretending to be from MS Outlook", which has a weight of 3.7 !

Does anyone have details about this rule ? is there a way to disable this specific rule, or change it's weight ?

you can disable this test or lower the score by adjusting the first number of FORGED_MUA_OUTLOOK /var/chroot-mail/smtp/spamassassin/share/spamassassin/50_scores.cf. Please note that the Up2Date Service may override your settings again.

Is there a way to avoid that the changes are overwritten with the next update ?

When I opened the file there is a message saying "please don't modify this file as your changes will be overwritten with the next update. Use instead etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf"

I could not find the file local.cf. Where is it located ?

A seperate user maintained file that trumps that configuration file would be helpful (sort of like ipfilter.local...)

local.cf is located @ /var/chroot-mail/smtp/etc/mail/spamassassin

Cyclop : are you sure of the path ? on my system (ASL 4.015), there is no such directory. I can go down to /var/chroot-mail/smtp/etc but then there is no more subdirectory below that.

There are several files called exim.xxx (example : exim.acceptdomains) but no local.cf.
