Http Proxy Standard & Transparent Problem

I am using ASL 4.015 with win2k sp4 IE6 sp1 and all patches installed. 

If I want to use the WindowUpdate function from IE, a pages come up and with a comment that I must have a running Windows system. If I disable the http proxy everything works fine.

Any ideas?
