Here's an odd one. A new mail server is installed inside a network, it seems to be sending and receiving mail fine. There are two IPs bound to the external interface of the Astaro firewall -- the second one (an additional IP on the same interface) is routed to a web server, and that's working fine, too. But back to the mail server: the MX record points to the first IP, and incoming mail is arriving as it should and the SMTP proxy is doing its thing. However, outbound mail sent by the mail server is going out using the IP of the SECOND address. Why is that?
