Proxy

Hi,
 I have this problem I have two private network 192.168.0.0 and 192.168.10.0 connecting with VPN. I use a proxy server in first network and I have this problem : when I go to see an internet page in the second network (passing through VPN) the proxy lock the page. For see I have to add in IE the address for exclude the network from the proxy. Is possible to set in the Firewall the exclusion of this network ?
