[INF 118] Surf Protection not running - restarted

I am receiving this message 4 times a minute and it is killing my email account.  A reboot didn't work.  Anyone have any quick ideas on how to stop this....help

    maybe you have entered an incorrect regular expression in the black- or whitelists box of Surfprotection. A '*' may cause this behaviour. Once the proxy is running again, search the board for 'regular expressions'
