user access control

Hello

I have customer who would like to control users access to Internet per:

- time of the day
- control bandwidht per kb/s they can take 
- log all sites accessed from internal network
- cut out traffic such as kazaa, MSN, yahoo messanger

censornet linux distrbution has som eneat features but also lack of some astaro has ... 

Is this possible to achive somehow with astaro? or is there a time line for these features to be implemented :-)?

    It seems as though you read my mind, that is the exact list that my customer came up with.  The time of day thing was their top priority, they want to let their users have full internet access at lunch and then cut it off the rest of the day.
