DNS "flooding" root servers

Hi,

i have the problem with the DNS proxy that it nonstop contacts the root servers even if the DNS proxy is not enabled. Only when i stop the named service it stops "flooding". tcpdump on the external IF shows all the time:

15:23:16.000124 fw.vt.localnet.33175 > l.root-servers.net.domain:  37655 [1au] PTR? 10.230.203.192.in-addr.arpa. (56) (DF)
15:23:16.000191 fw.vt.localnet.33175 > k.root-servers.net.domain:  13887 [1au] PTR? 241.5.5.192.in-addr.arpa. (53) (DF)
15:23:16.000226 fw.vt.localnet.33175 > a.root-servers.net.domain:  12623 [1au] PTR? 17.148.36.192.in-addr.arpa. (55) (DF)
15:23:16.000261 fw.vt.localnet.33175 > a.root-servers.net.domain:  55911 PTR? 25.10.187.129.in-addr.arpa. (44) (DF)

Any ideas why it does that?
