Since ASL version 4.009 (I am now running 4.012) I have been experiencing a problem with the Proxy Content Manager. When I click on the link, I do not get a response. Rather, the browser "spins" for a long time and eventually, it returns with an Internal Server Error. I then cannot access anything else from the ASL interface until some time elapses, though proxy services seem to still work.
