Reporting on HTTP and Packet Filter has stopped

Help! It appears that my HTTP Proxy Usage and Packet Filter reports have stopped. Both died with August 19 being the last saved. On the HTTP Proxy Usage Report, the Aug19-Aug20 was the last saved report, and it was easily 10 times larger than most reports prior. It was 36MB. I let it ride thinking a little time would heal the issue, but now it's September, and nothing is there. I deleted the potential bad log, but it made no difference. This died the same time we were inundated with the Nachi Worm. It bombarded our Firewall with ping traffic. The firewall would not respond, so I had no choice but to manually shut it off. Now the reporting won't come back. Restarting the server did not help, can anyone?

    Hi,

    It seems that there is bug in proxy usage  after version 4.011.
    It works the same  at my site after upgrade and i think that there is some connection with " Added year support for logfiles"

    Well I found out that after I blew out the log from 19-20 August, I finally got one for September 3-4. Problem was it was something like 67 MB in size! So I deleted it. I got another log today for Sep 4-5, and it was 57MB, so I just deleted it. What's happening? I wish I had held off on updating until I knew this issue was resolved from back on the 19-20 of August. Now I can't tell if it was the updates or something else.. Bummer. I need my reporting back!  Thanks.

    Well, it seems that you are [;)]
    I have 4.012 on my firewall and HTTP proxy usage reporting works just fine. Did you check your hardware? Maybe one of your partitions is full. 
    If all else fails try backing up the config and reinstalling.

    Thanks for the help. It gave me some ideas to try.. I went and looked at my partitions. None of them were full, but I had one that was at 82%. I blew out a couple months worth of logs and got it back down. All appears to be working now. Looks like my 20Gb drive just isn't enough. Thanks again..

    i have a box with 5 gig and is working fine with almost every option of astaro on. its probably a hardware problem.
