Attachment blocking

My ASL box is proxying SMTP for three domains.  I have setup file extension filtering (blocking) to keep out dangerous file types.  When I send a test email to all three domains my ASL box is proxying for,  the attachments get blocked for two of the domains but are passed for one of the domains.  Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening?

    No ... the message was to be delivered to a normal user's mailbox.  Kind of a strange problem.  While I'm at it. I was wondering if anyone knows how to change the sender address used by ASL to process bounced messages.  My backend email server refuses returned mail proxied via the ASL box because ASL is using <> as the sender's address!  That's wierd as well...
