Hiho.

I´ve got a question about the virus scanner on ASL. When will the virus scanner send a notification email to the sender of a virus email? Is a notification send when "blackhole" is choosen as action? I want to disable the notification emails for the virus scanner.

    ASL itself does not send ANY notifications any more (for obvious reasons). However, if you set "reject" as the action, the sending host may create a bounce message, but this is beyond your and our control. Setting "blackhole" as the action will make sure the no bounce is ever sent to the (fake) sender.
