4.010 SMTP proxy w/ssl broken

Since I installed 4.010, every time Netscape tries to send a message via the SMTP proxy if TLS transaction encryption is turned on, I get the following error message:

 received a message with incorrect Message Authentication Code.  If the error occurs frequently, contact the website administrator.

    More on this - when I get this message from Netscape, I also see the following log entry for the SMTP proxy:

    Aug 22 09:25:10 (none) exim[1838]: 2003-08-22 09:25:10 TLS error on connection from () [] (SSL_accept): error:1408F455:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_RECORD[:D]ecryption failed or bad record mac

    Is anyone else seeing this?  Is anyone else even using TLS transaction encryption with the SMTP proxy with 4.010?  It worked fine with 4.009...
