receive permanently the same mail

Since Monday i permanently receive the same mail. The Outgoing Server (mail5.bluewin.ch) sends it every 20-30min... the Mail is very large (20MB). So my connection is overloaded since Monday, just because of this Mail. Does anyone know what the Problem may be ? I Think exim is recieving it right... it also forwards the Mail to the Exchange Server behind the Firewall. But it don't tells the Outgoing Server that the Mail was received complet.

    I see the same behavior on some emails with attachments.  One user was receiving a message with ~3MB attachment.  It would successfully POP to Outlook; then, it would continuously re-POP that message.  Another user had ~5MB attachment and exhibited the same behaviour.  We ended up deleting said messages via webmail, but next time I will try the blacklist/unblacklist.  Is this known to work?

    Was just an idea. But I think it should work. Can't try that at home. Because I don't have this behaviour. Maybe somebody else can try it an post the result.

    Yes... Adding the sender to the Blacklist resoslved the Problem. The Mailserver didn't send the Mail again.

    We've got many customers using the same firewall version but this Problem only occurs at one customer.
    Maybe the Problem just occurs in some special cases of using Exchange 2000 and Exim !?!?
