receive permanently the same mail

Since Monday i permanently receive the same mail. The Outgoing Server (mail5.bluewin.ch) sends it every 20-30min... the Mail is very large (20MB). So my connection is overloaded since Monday, just because of this Mail. Does anyone know what the Problem may be ? I Think exim is recieving it right... it also forwards the Mail to the Exchange Server behind the Firewall. But it don't tells the Outgoing Server that the Mail was received complet.

    Try to add the sender-adress into the Blacklist. Then a reject will be send to the mailserver and it will stop sending this mail. After that remove the sender-adress from the Blacklist.
