POP3 & SMTP Help, Please!!

Can somebody please help set up the POP3 and SMTP proxies, I am not able to get my email using outlook.  Do I have to difined the services?  Help please

    Hi,

    I guess your using it for your home -> ISP

    Well start of by finding the ip if the POP3/SMTP server of your ISP.

    Then  add them in the definitions/network tab.

    POP3-PROXY:
    Add your internal network to the Source and the ISP-POP3 server to DESTINATION = press add

    SMTP-Proxy:
    Use the smart host to enter your ISP's SMTP IP-address.
    Select your internal network in "Outgoing Mail -> Allows networks"

    In outlook add the ip of your FW as the ip for POP3/SMTP.

    In the POP3 section of Outlook add your normal username/password at the ISP.
