SMTP Proxy

I am running 3.218.
The outside IP of Astaro is a public IP, the inside is 192.168.0.x
I have a mailserver and DNS server running on 192.168.0.2. The DNS server only contains public internet domains and IP's. My role is an ISP - and I use NAT/Masq.
I am not able to receive mail from the Astaro about Portscans, Up2Date etc.
They all get stuck in the SMTP Queue as bounce and frozen. I use DNS proxy with forwarding nameservers to 192.168.0.2 and a public internet DNS.

What's wrong ?
I think the Astaro cannot resolve the ip for my mailserver - but how do I tell Astaro that the domain it should send to is on the inside of the Astaro but with a publiv internet IP ?????

    How do you have the smtp proxy set? 

    Make sure you have mail for your domain set to use an IP and not by DNS MX record. You can do this by setting a network defination for your mail server and then selecting it in the SMTP Host list in the Incoming Mail section of the smtp proxy.

    If you have it set to use dns mx records, you will cause a loop error.
