Hi All,
I'm running ASL 3.218 which has an SMTP relay to our email server. If someone externally sends an email to us with an apostrophe in their name, it knocks back with "No funky Characters" error message.
After doing a search on the forums I found that this is caused (I think!) by turning on receiver_verify = true in the exim.conf-default file, and the reason the person needed to do this was to avoid being blacklisted.
Is there any way to allow apostrophe's in an email address and keep the receiver_verify stilled turned on? I noticed there's the local_parts setting in Section 3 and 4 which has the apostrophe in there - is it just a case of removing it from here?
Thanks,
Mateo.
