POP3 User athentication

How can I use pop3 proxy based on per-user access right? There is a Sock-proxy with User Authentication, but this option is not available for pop3 proxy.
Sò I can permit use of an external pop3 server only based on network packet filter rule, but I can not define users to which permit the use of pop3 proxy. Any suggestion?

    no way since it is a transparent proxy. Imagine your POP client would receive
    beside the POP auth another requester asking for name and password from
    the firewall - it would simply fail and say bye bye [;)]

    Yes Oliver, you are right.
    In fact the question is that it is a transparent proxy. 
    Sò my right question is: is there the possibility to have an user authenticated proxy?
    My pop client ask my firewall pop3 proxy to get some mail outside; my firewall can permit it or not based on my login/password; it'll do the rest of the job.
