we have here a V4.007 with HTTP-Proxy activated.
when a external web-server is using the windows
authentication from IIS, we could not see the login
window with IE6.0.2800.1106 on XP Professional
when the browser using the HTTP-Proxy.
there is immediately the HTTP 401.2 - not authorized!
when we use the newest mozilla V1.4brc1 with the
proxy it runs... the popup to give in your id and
password pops up. [:S]
the proprietary ms-windows-authentication is better
included in Mozilla than in IE6??
has anybody the same error?
it looks like an incompatibility of ie6 with other proxies
than the ms-proxy..
