Analyzing HTTP Logfiles

I there any tool to analyse my http logfiles. I want to us it on WinXP. I read something about webanalyzer but it's not working for me.     HELP

    From the help file....

    Log files in WELF (Webtrends Enhanced Logfile Format) can be easily imported into the WebTrends Logfile Analysis Suite. They include the accounting, HTTP Access and packet filter drop logs, if the respective features are activated. For more information on WebTrends, please visit http://www.webtrends.com.

    well i downloaded version 8 (standard edition) of webtrends log anaylzer.  unfortunately it appears to only work with web server logs, ie. hits per page, browser type, country, and so on.

    no proxy logs.

    The Professional version is a bit to pricey if it can read the squid logs anyway, and the firewall suite which definately reads the squid format, is really an in orbit price to see how much traffic was transfered via http.
