Good day,
I am VERY new to ASL but my initial searches here didn't initially yeild me an answer to my question so I hope this hasn't been asked and answered a hundred times already.
At my workpl;ace we use a 2 teired setup for internet access. We use a MS ISA 2000 Server setup in caching mode as a Proxy and all internal clients browsers are directed to that server for internet access. As a safeguard the firewall, a Cisco PIX, denies TCP 80, among other things, to ensure users can only access the internet via the proxy server and not directly.
I am trying to configure a similar setup in my evaluation of ASL. I would like to allow the HTTP Proxy in ASL unrestricted access to the internet while restricting any user that does not have their browser pointing to the ASL server on port 8080 (HTTP proxy is current setup in standard mode) to be denied access. How do I do this?
Thanks for any help you can provide.
Chris
