We just bought the antivirus option. As a first step after installing the new key we activated the pop3 proxy. After we activated the proxy we couldn't connect to any of the pop servers. We only got timeout messages. We tried to restart the firewall and then it worked for about 5 minutes before it stopped working again. During the 5 minutes it worked it still was very unreliable, about two of three connections worked.
We also have problems with the SMTP proxy but let's take one problem at the time.
Here is the log, we have replaced the "real" ip of the mailserver with *.*.*.*:

After the post we did some more testing and it seems that the problems only show up when making the connection over a VPN.
