I've done a quick search, but cannot find anyone else having this problem....
I've configured my ASL (v4.002) with 2 NICs, one outside, with public IPs, and one inside. The inside NIC is connected to a Cisco 2924XL, with the port configured as an 802.1q trunk. Then there are 2 NICs configured in ASL as VLAN interfaces on the inside NIC. One is labeled "internal" and the DNS proxy listens on this quite happily, the other is labeled vlan_dmz and the DNS proxy will not listen on this. If I try and select it as an interface to listen on, the webadmin hangs, and eventually the browser comes up with a "cannot find server" message. If I go back into webadmin (which I can, with no problems), the interface is not selected. I get the same result if I try and tell the DNS proxy that net_dmz is allowed to query it....
I'd appriciate any suggestions. Right now, I'm gonna remove the dmz vlan interface completly and re-create it, just in case. I'll reply and let you know if I make any progress.....
Cheers,
Karl
