pop3vscan died "This is probably a bug.."

Hi,

We have in pop3vsvan log,  folowing error:

Mar 20 16:45:36 (none) pop3vscan[32109]: Cannot connect to real-server 
Mar 20 16:45:36 (none) pop3vscan[32109]: Session done (Critial abort). Mails: 0 Bytes: 0 
Mar 20 16:45:36 (none) pop3vscan[758]: Attention: child with pid 32109 died with abnormal termsignal (11)! This is probably a bug. Please report to the author. numprocs is now 0 


This is a bug?

    you should connect to your 'real' server in the internet, not to ASL directly.. ASL's transparent pop3 proxy will intercept this connection and scan the data e.g. for viruses, ..

    Hi Marcel,
    i have the same problem as MaMi with a ASL of a customer. After installing and configuring the ASL all functions seems to be ok. After a while, when many large Emails are transferred the POP3-Proxy dies wtih the same error-report that is shown in MaMi´s posting. I think there must be a bug.
    I hope for a solution
