Notification Email - HTTP proxy not responding

I'm running ASL v3.216 at home. I would like to know if I can stop the notification emails that the HTTP Proxy is not responding. The problem is I have a part-time connection to the internet. I use a one-way wirless cable modem with a tx return for upstream. My wife uses the second line for work all day. Because of this I get over 100 emails a day becasue the proxy is not responding. I know it isn't responding. Can I stop the emails?

There is probably a way to disable it but I'm unsure how.
Why not just disable it if you aren't using it much ?

I use the proxy to monitor my kids on the net.

monitoring the kids with enabled Surf Protection, perfectly mean
Will do so later too.

Login as root and cd to /etc/wfe/conf. Open control-request either with vi
or joe and change the URL which is used to monitor the internet connection
to http://localhost:8081 . Restart the HTTP proxy within WebAdmin.

Thank you. I got it.

My kids are 6, 9 and 11. They love Britney Spears and others; and we all know what we find when we search for Britney on Google and other search engines. It's more protection rather than a monitor tool.
