RBL for SMTP proxy... Any experience?

What to put in the field for the SMTP proxy V4?
What  list to use?
I don't care that some SPAM get through but I do care that important messages get lost.

So a limited (commercial?) list is better than one that is too large [:)]

    thanks for the reply.
    What is the best option they provide? I suppose creating a slave zone on our internal DNS server would speed up everything. But it seems that our astaro does not find our internal DNS. (and I have no idea where to put this info via webadmin)

    Can Astaro work with RBL+?

    since I am very interested in the subject anti spam I have checked spamcop and found

    In my personal opinion you cannot rely on this service. The risk to loose important mail In a production environment is too high.

    RBL+ from mail-abuse seems interesting to me. And If I got it right it is free of charge for hobby or home users. 
    Please note that this is my personal opinion and not a suggestion to subscribe to MAPS!
