I'm new and I need some help with the SMTP relay. I'm very confused by what needs to go where to get it to work. In the Hostname (MX) field, I put mymail.xyz.com. This name is the same that I get when I do a nslookup. In the Domain field, I put in the same name and set it to my internal mail server, which I defined. Everything else is set to the defaults. When I send a test mail from hotmail, it never get to me. In the SMTP Relay logs, I have messages saying "Message is frozen" and I get a email back to my hotmail account saying "unrouteable mail domain "xyz.com"". Can someone please give me step-by-step directions so that I can get mail up and running. [:S]
