SMTP QUEUE

Hello together,
I have a big Problem.
I have installed astaro 3.2 uptodate 3.216.
and now I can't go into the website to view or delete
messages in the queue. The website is loading and loading and nothing happend. What can I do I must delete all frozen and bounced messages in it.
