Why is Squid & SOCKS visible from external?

I just portscanned my ASL box and I'm wondering why SOCKS & Squid (8080) are visible from outside at all. What's the reasoning for this ?

what are the allowed networks for the proxies?

Allowed network is internal only.

Service is still visible from outside though.

Hrm, just rechecked, Squid (8080) isn't showing now. But SOCKS is and allowed network is set to 192.168.X.X (My internal IP)
