SOCKS problem

Hi,
you must look for a client wich is socks5 compliant this is the socks-version wich do socks with user-authentication the client is the one wich must have the possibility to authenticate users via socks5 or you must use an programm like you find it from NEC for making socks-authentication useable for other programms but for IRC ?!? dont know if it is possible

    Hi all,

    When socks proxy user authentication is enabled, I could not to log into. The proxy reject my connection request ([SOCKET ERROR]: Proxy response: No acceptable auth method: request rejected), because the authentication mode is local user, and i made local user with socks permission.
    I would like use socks to IRC, i tryed many clients (kvirc, mirc, pirch).
