I'm under this impression:
I'm browsing behind the firewall under my LAN ip. Using ident on Astaro, I can set it to automatically return a string on an ident check, and turn off forwarding. This would mean any client on my lan would also get that same string returned. But I cannot get that to work. I can forward ident requests, and it works great. But I have never seen the firewall ident actually work.
Am I missing something?
