SurfProction no connection remote db

Hello

I got the following message[:(]by Email) 

Could not connect to Surfprotection Database.

The Cobion software does work correct, but how does the update work ??? 
I have astaro 3.211 with up2date and Surfprotection enabled. The Up2date works correct.

Could anyone help me please ???

    The only way to solve it is to get a faster internet connection      since the message only means that the connect to the Url DB for the SurfProtection has timed out and it will be retried. Since you haven't received the other, critical message (saying that the   URL DB is permanently unreachable), the retried connect was successful and you have no reason to worry and can ignore the message.
