SQUID proxy routing/chaining

Dear All,
Does anyone know if there is functionality in the ASLv3.2 (currently running v3.210 with 3 NICs, static, PPPoE and Internal) distribution to route the SQUID proxy to an upstream proxy server?

I also saw someone with an issue directing SQUID proxy traffic out a specific interface, I have tried this and think it can be done with some DNAT/SNAT rules. I only did it yesterday so I am waiting for some traffic results on the interfaces to check to see if the traffic distribution has changed (dramatically I hope!).
