I have been Black-Listed in ORDB.org and I did the test with :
From : account@relay.domain
To : account2%somewhere.com@relay.domain
where relay.domain is one of the domains I do accept relay for, but certainly not the somewhere.com...unfortunately my relay.domain does not handle proprely the % stuff...and ASL delivers it to it which in turn delivers to account2@somewhere.com....
