can I change SMTP Virus scan message sent to original sender

I would liek to change the message sent when the SMTP Virus scanner finds a virus or blocks a attachment. I would also like to send the message to multiple people not just the mail admin can I do this

have a look at /var/chroot-smtp/etc/exiscanv2.cf-default.
