Virus Scanning does not seem to work when receiving multiple files

Has anybody else noticed a problem with the Virus scan not scanning emails with multiple attachments. 

I am also getting the same problem with extension filtering. 

Both seem to work fine with single attachments but not with multiple attachments.

I have just started an evaluation so would like to know if I have misconfigured anything

    I`ve tested sending an email with two eicar testvirus in different zip-files from my web.de account to my home-account.
    For me it works with those multiple attachments.
