Questions about RBL

Hi, 
I am using ASL 3.202 and have some questions about the Spam Protection:
ASL Supports Realtime Blackhole Lists (RBL). But what do I have to enter in the RBL field?
In the online help there is a link to http://www.mail-abuse.org/. Do I have to register there or are there any free services I can use?

    it depends on which RBL server you want to use.
    MAPS is a commercial one and I think you have
    first to register your SMTP gateways's IP address.
    Some are freely available, like relays.osirusoft.com
    or relays.ordb.org. You can just enter the URL
    without any prefixes.
