[INF 106] HTTP proxy not running

Does anyone have any idea what is this all about

[INF 106] HTTP proxy not running - restarted(430 times)

This started ever since I upgrade to v3.202.  When I go into my proxy service, it should http proxy up and running, but I keep getting this email

    We get that too, once every few days, running in clustered (active/active) mode.

    You're getting hundreds of restarts every few days, or a restart every few days?

    You resurrected a thread which is more than 6 years old, and I doubt you still run Version 3.202 [;)]
    Please give us more data: which version are you running, which kind of Appliance/Hardware, your HTTP proxy configuration & usage of the proxy, and the best thing would be you check the http proxy log for messages in the time span around the time that notification was sent.
