How can I verify the SMTP Virus Checker?

I want to verify if my Virus protection of the SMTP Relay is working. So I sent the EICAR- TEST- SIGNATURE through the SMTP-Relay but nothing happens.
The Mail sent to my MS Exchange, including the virus.

Hi!!!

I had the same problem... It started to work when I made a pattern update, seems the "default" signatures don't include EICAR...

Also make sure you do not use the Postmaster address to test for viruses. Mail sent only to the postmaster address will not be scanned for RFC compliance reasons.

You were right!
I´ve made the mistake, that I´ve sent the massages from the postmaster account....

Another question:
Where can I change the reply- massage?
