Bypass HTTP cache for particular user

I have two users in our site that need to bypass the http cache because of the web development they do. 

However, the rest of the company likes the cache - and the cache is very efficient.

Can I set it so that certain IP addresses BYPASS the cache while still keeping them on our current subnet?
