Need to block audiogalaxy

Hi everybody i'm newie using asl and i realy need to block some kind of services or programs (kazza , morpheous, audiogalaxy, etc) because everybody using it and they swallow my broadband (512k) 

i don't want to block them all if there is some way to restrict this software and can i control it i really apreciate your help

    Use the packet filter to block.

    Problem with AudioGalaxy is it uses port 21
    Kazaa, grokster and morpheus use the same ports:

    1214    tcp     kazaa                   KAZAA file sharing app
    1214    udp     kazaa                   KAZAA file sharing app
    1214 tcp Morpheous Morpheous file sharing app
    1214 udp Morpheous Morpheous file sharing app
    1214 tcp Grokster Grokster file sharing app
    1214 udp Grokster Grokster file sharing app
