ASL not sending emails

Hi all,

For some reason my ASL keeps queing notification emails and sometimes, after a couple weeks it would finally send about 20 emails in one shot, all from a couple weeks back.

I do not have SMTP proxy turned on or use the box for any mail services. Initially I used to receive daily notifications from the box, but now all it does is just queue them.

I would like to know if there is some way that I could force it to send the emails or if I could just read them on the box itself. 

BTW, this is what I see when I go to SMTP status under Reporting:
