Telnet on Port 25 "No route to host"

I can not receive any mails.I have tried a telenet session from another linux mashine on port 25, it failed.
When trying to send email tirectly using sendmail I get the following error message: "No route to host" The same errors I get on the linux mashine when trying to telnet on port 25. Can anyone help me? Qmail works fine as relay for the internal mail server.
The DNS entry works as the firewall is reachble by using its DNS name (SSH, https, ping if ICMP activated)
Has anyone an idea?
